Scrapbook pages document 1982 breakfast-meeting appearances by civic leaders, including Congressman Norman D. Dicks. Public derivatives retain the club photographs while excluding residential addresses printed in the attached correspondence.

A handwritten club-history album page identifies West Tacoma Optimist members and records first ROAPS designees for 1975. The names are transcribed only where the handwriting is clear.
